Quality is not a new concept at General Packaging Products, Inc.  It has been fundamental to our business since we were founded in 1932.  At General Packaging Products, Inc; we listen to the people who make, sell, and purchase our products.  And we've learned that meeting the challenge of quality isn't something you achieve overnight.  It happens incrementally: one new product, one critical measurement, and one answered telephone call at a time.  We also acknowledge that there is no such thing as a quality "program" that has a beginning and an end.  Quality is forever.
